Congressman Jim Banks Joins Set to Join Investigative Committee

WASHINGTON - Indiana Third District Congressman Jim Banks will be the ranking Republican on the Select Committee investigating activity at the Capitol on January 6th.

House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy has picked five Republicans to sit on the new select committee to investigate the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol. McCarthy selected Indiana congressman Jim Banks to be the top Republican on the panel.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi must still approve Banks and the other names on the list.
