Dry conditions will persist under a little cloud coverage through Thursday.

The National Weather Service says high temperatures will be in the 50s today and Tuesday, then rise into the 60s and low 70s Wednesday and Thursday.

The next chance for rain will be Friday.

Temperatures bottom out for the weekend, with highs only in the mid to upper 30s. There could be chance for rain and snow showers through the weekend.
