HOLIDAY CITY, OH - Authorities with Montpelier, Ohio Police Department have arrested a man after he assaulted an employee at a Holiday City business.

Montpelier Police Officers were called to Hutch’s Towing & Recovery, on County Road M.50…for a reported break-in. Investigators say the suspect was spotted by an employee.

Once the suspect was spotted, reports indicate the alleged burglar, identified as Kyle Tyler, attacked the worker. Tyler then ran off and is later captured by police.

Tyler has been charged with breaking and entering. Additional charges may also come as a result of the incident.
