(ELLETTSVILLE) - Cops Cycling for Survivors has announced its 25th annual bicycle tour across Indiana to honor fallen law enforcement officers.

Organizers say the 13-day ride will cover nearly 1,000 miles this July and honor every Indiana law enforcement officer who died in the line of duty.

The organization says the annual ride also supports surviving family members and colleagues of fallen officers.

According to organizers, the group's support truck carries memorial photos of fallen officers and travels the full route with riders.

Two officers added to Indiana's roll of honor this year are Reserve Deputy Sheriff John C. Stahl the Third of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Corporal Blake Adair Reynolds of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.

Cops Cycling for Survivors was founded in 2002 and says its mission is to ensure Indiana's fallen officers are never forgotten.
