Trine University has named a new executive director of corporate and foundation relations.
Julie Goodwin has been named to the spot.

University officials say Goodwin previously served as director of corporate partnerships for the university.

Officials say her job will be to develop corporate partnerships to support enrollment growth of the university, among other jobs.

In a news release, Goodwin said she is planning to develop and strengthen relations with area businesses among other goals.
