UNDATED - Election Day is wrapping up and voters have cast their ballots across the state of Indiana and the entire tri-State region.

The polls opened at 6 a.m. in the Hoosier state and closed at 6 p.m. In Ohio the polls are open until 7:30 p.m.

Early voting had record turnouts in this election. Many area residents throughout Steuben County reported long lines, but said wait times were at a minimum with all considered.

In-person and Election Day vote totals should be compiled tonight. In addition, mail-in vote counting should also wrap up.

Voting in Steuben County and the surrounding are has been largely trouble-free on Election Day.
