Dekalb County Man Busted for Meth

AUBURN, IN - A DeKalb County man is facing drug charges after a K-9 sniffed out meth in a vehicle during a traffic stop.

During the initial stop Auburn Police pulled the vehicle over for false registration. Investigating officers also found a loaded gun and brass knuckles.

Reports indicate a K-9 Officer made an alert on the vehicle after a "free air sniff”. Authorities found 62 grams of methamphetamine, a loaded 45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, and a pair of brass knuckles.

The alleged suspect, Ryan M. Parsley age 20 of Butler, was arrested on charges of Dealing Methamphetamine and Possession of a Handgun without a License.
