DeKalb County Sheriff's Deputies were called to an accident on Wednesday Morning at around 7:30 A.M. around the area of U.S. 6 near County Road 59.

When they arrived they found a 1998 Semi Cab driven by Andrew Marlow, age 31 of Concord, North Carolina who was traveling west in the 5900 block of US 6 when he lost control of the semi-tractor trailer.

Marlow was unable to gain control causing it to roll and land upside down into the ditch on the south side of U.S. 6.

Marlow had two other passengers in the semi that were not injured in the incident, however Marlow was treated for a possible leg injury.

Assisting on scene were the Butler Police Department, Butler Fire Department, and Parkview DeKalb EMS.

The incident remains under investigation.
