Northwest Ohio Plans to Reopen
By: Sheila McCrea - Monday, May 11, 2020

Ohio bars and restaurants can fully reopen in two weeks, on May 21, with outside dining allowed a few days earlier.

Barbershops, hair and nail salons, along with day spas will also reopen on the 15th. Barbers and stylists will wear masks, and customers will wear one, too.

Williams County Health Commissioner, Jim Watkins has mapped out the local timeline to re-open businesses. During his weekly coronavirus update, he cautioned that every step involves risk. Just like statewide, retail stores are cleared to open on the 12th.

Dates for child care facilities, sporting events and festivals still have yet to be determined.
