Steuben Has 1 New COVID-19 Case; Demographics Update

ANGOLA, IN - The Steuben County Health Department reported late Friday morning of one (1) new positive COVID-19 test results for a Steuben County resident. The patient is under the age of 60 years old.

Steuben County has a total of 63 COVID-19 positive cases, 15 individuals considered recovered from COVID-19 disease, and 1 death associated with COVID-19.

To date, 1278 tests have been administered in Steuben County.
The demographic breakdown* of COVID-19 cases in Steuben County 2 people age 0-19,12 people age 20-29, 21 people age 30-39, 11 people age 40-49, 4 people age 50-59, 8 people age 60-69, 4 people age 70-79, and 1 person age 80 or older.

A total of 1,328 Hoosiers have been confirmed to have died of COVID-19, an increase of 33 over the previous day. Another 119 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.

To date, 130,128 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 124,782 on Thursday.
