COLUMBUS, OH - Today, health care will start to reopen in Ohio. All procedures that do not require an overnight stay in a hospital can resume.

Dentists and veterinarians can also begin going "full steam ahead."

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's plan to slowly reopen the state begins May 1. However, Ohioans are still encouraged to stay home when possible.
