Concerns Over Reopening Indiana A Major Concern Among Residents
Wednesday, April 22, 2020

A major concern among many across Indiana is exactly when the state will fully re-open back to business as usual and resume normal business and life. Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has taken an approach as to extend the "Stay At Home" order in two week increments as to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

However, a major question by many is what the near future has in store. Indiana Lt. Governor, Suzanne Crouch explained what lies ahead.

Crouch indicated that the projection models that state leaders have been shown indicate that this week should be the "peak" when it comes to the spread of virus, and that it is a major indicator for what lies ahead as well. Crouch also reiterated that Holcomb is also facing the challenge of balancing all of the state's concerns together, citing that he knows that not all sectors of the state are the same when it comes to cases and spread.

Crouch also wanted to remind Hoosiers that they remember, "We're all in this together." Holcomb's current executive order is set to expire on May 1st.
