HUDSON, IN - Area authorities have made another arrest of an individual allegedly dealing in methamphetamine.

According to the Ashley-Hudson Police Department, Wednesday morning just before noon officers with their department served a felony arrest warrant on Shelley L Gibbeny, 54 of Hudson. Reports indicate that Gibbney was served at a residence on First St in Hudson where she was taken into custody without incident.

The arrest warrant alleges Ms. Gibbeny committed the offenses of a level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine, over 10 grams, and a level 4 felony dealing methamphetamine, between 1 and 5 grams.

(Ms. Gibbeny is considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.)
