Mother Nature returned in full force Wednesday night, bringing significant snow fall across the region and will continue to hamper travel across the area Thursday morning.

Several schools are on delay today, and some have closed their doors due to the significant snowfall and icy conditions along roadways.

Snow and freezing drizzle is expected across the area, and is expected to taper of by 3 P.M. with a chance of snow returning later in the afternoon and Evening. Gusty winds of 10 to 20 mph are also possible and travelers are being advised of the hazardous conditions while out on the roads this morning.
