A convoy of more than 80 trucks was organized in less than 24 hours to salute one of the owners of a local trucking company Saturday.

Daryl Kauffman is seriously ill from a tumor that blocks his bowels. The trucks formed up at the 5 & 20 Restaurant and Alpha Building Center
before cruising past Kauffman’s residence.

Kauffman was seated in his car in front of his home as the convoy cruised by. The drivers used two-way radios to tell Kauffman how he impacted their lives.
