The National Weather Service says they are expecting today will be the last gloomy, with light snow mixing and then transitioning to drizzle by this afternoon. Forecasters say less than half an inch of snow accumulation is expected, mainly on grassy surfaces.

This dusting of snow could cause minor travel impacts this morning for some of the listening area in the tri-state region.

High temperatures today will be in the mid to upper 30's. Clouds finally diminish overnight and Sunday morning, giving way to sunny skies by Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday it will be breezy and unseasonably warm, with high temperatures rising into the upper 40's and low to mid 50's.
