Halloween "Trick or Treating" Postponements Across Region

Due to inclement weather, cities and towns all across the region have been forced to postpone Halloween "Trick or Treating" activities.

Both Angola city-wide and Downtown Halloween Trick or Treat have been postponed until Friday, November 1st, from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. and also the Downtown Angola Coalition's downtown Halloween costume contest has been cancelled for this year.

The Town of Orland has postponed the Halloween Carnival & Trick or Treating until Friday November 1st. Trick or Treat times & Carnival to stay at the same times of 5:30pm to 7pm

Also, the towns of Lagrange, Wolcottville, and Rome City have also postponed Trick or Treat. Both LaGrange and Wolcottville will now have Trick or Treating take place tomorrow, Friday, November 1st from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. Meanwhile Rome City "Trick or Treating" will take place on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M.

All activities in Mongo are postponed to Friday. Trick or treating from 4:30 to 6:30, Carnival at 6:30, Haunted Hayride at 7:30.

Shipshewana trick or treating postponed to Friday from 5-7 pm.

Albion has postponed to Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., however the Albion Fire Station Halloween is still on this evening at 7pm.

The City of Kendallville will continue to have Trick or Treat door to door this evening from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. as originally scheduled. For those wishing to get out of the elements, many indoor locations are available including the Kendallville Youth Center on Iddings Street 5-7 p.m., First Christian Church 5-7 p.m. and Shepherds 4-6 p.m.
