The St. Paul Chapel, 8780 E. 700 N. Clearlake, IN, is having an All you can eat Fish Fry on Friday, March 12th from 5:00 to 7:30pm in the Chapel Community room. The cost is $7.50 for adults, $4.00 for children ages 5 through 12, and free for children 5 and under.

Montpelier Area Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts are participating inScouting for Food Yellow bags will be dropped of at houses on Saturday, March 6th. They will be picked up on Saturday, March 13th at 9:00am. Please place your donations for the Food Pantry in a location visible from the road. Items needed are: canned goods, boxed items, cleaning products, paper products and health and beauty items.

The Williams County Agricultural Service Meeting room will be the location for a Pork Quality Assurance Plus certification session for pork producers. The program will begin at 7pm on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. The meeting room is located behind the OSU Extension Williams County Office at 1122 West High Street in Bryan. The Preceptor Sigma Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Bryan, Ohio is once again sponsoring its Lil' Cottontail Baby Photo Contest. The Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers' Hospital Hospice will be sponsoring a six-week grief support group as part of the Hospital Hospice Bereavement Care program. The sessions will be held on siz consecutive Wednesdays, from 4:00 to 5:30pm, beginning on February 24 and continuijg through March 31, in the Bard Communtiy Room at Bryan Hospital. The OSU Extension Williams County, is offering a Tractor Certification Course. The classes will be held at the Williams County Fairgrounds, Jr. Fair Office. Instructors for the program will be Curtis Newcomer, of Bryan and various other speakers. Class dates will be March 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; April 1, 6, 8 and 10, 2010 and the Thursday class will be 4:30pm to 6:30pm and the Saturday classes will wil 9am until 12noon. If you are interested in attending the Tractor Certification Program, call the OSU office at 636.5608. Registration is due March 1, 2010. There will be a cost of $25.00 for the program. There must be a minimum of 5 enrollees to offer the course and limited to 15.

ASSE International Student exchange program is seeking local families to host boys and girls between the ages of 15 to 18 from a variety of countries around the world. Students come with an ethusiasm to practice English and experoence American culture. They will also share their own culture with host families. Host families welcome these students into their family, not as a guest, but as a family member, giving both the student and families a rich cultural experience. In addition, students have pocket money for personal expenses; and full health, accident and liability insurance. Students are academically selected onto program, and host families can choose their students from a wide variety of backgrounds, countries, and personal interests.
